Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Damascus Box purchase. If something isn’t right, you may be able to return your item under the conditions below.


Return Window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • With tags (if applicable)

  • In the original packaging

  • You must have receipt or proof of purchase

We do not refund the original shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our side.


How to Start a Return

Email us at info@damascusbox.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) being returned

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item is defective/damaged

If approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label (where applicable)

  • Instructions for shipping the item back

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • It is defective

  • It is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will make it right — usually by replacement or refund.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Items sold as Final Sale

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials / flammable liquids

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please start a return request first.
Once approved, you can place a new order for the replacement.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If shipped to an EU country, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
Items must be returned at your cost (unless defective) and meet normal eligibility conditions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Bank processing times may vary
